Apple Salad

½ cup mayonnaise
1/8 tsp cinnamon
3 -4 apples- red and green or yellow
1 cup thinly sliced celery
1 cup halved purple grapes
2 Tbls. chopped walnuts

Mix mayo and cinnamon in small bowl, set aside. Core and chop apples- leaving peel on. For red apples- Cortland work best. Green or yellow apples look for Sansa,

Yellow Bellflower, Golden Delicious or Crispin. Add celery and grapes- mix in bowl. Coat with mayo, add walnuts before serving.
