Garlic Stir-Fried Snap Peas

Serving size: three servings

3 cups sugar snap peas
2 tsp oil
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 tsp lemon juice
Ground pepper to taste

Heat oil in skillet and stir in garlic. Then add peas, cook and stir 2-4 minutes on medium heat. Remove from heat and sprinkle on lemon juice and pepper. Serve over rice.
